Qingdao BELLE MAILLE Knitting Garments Co.,Ltd was a knitting clothes export Enterprise ,which intergrated synthesis,high technology,modernizatin into a whole in 2000.In order to satisfy continuously expanding market demand and improve high and new technology combined processing capacity,so we invested funds in the corporation at the beginning of 2002,with setting up an all-around factory intergrating knitting ,dyeing,sewing and packing into a whole in Liuting Industrial Park,Cheng Yang of Qingdao City. At the same time,the factory started continuously production step by step in 2003.

After several years of rapid expansion,the company has permanent assets about 80,000,000 RMB,with more than 700 employees and covering an area of 30,000sqm.Among the employees,with the person having junior college education or special technical position about 200,with the people engaging in research and develop professional technical about 100.So the factory has a strong technical force and great R&D capabilities,and the same time,the company has been certificated about High-tech enterprise in Qingdao.

To be equipped with advanced devices,which are mainly imported from foreign countries .There are more than 900 sets sewing processing machines,with German circular machine,Japan rib,Italy Woolen Blanket Preshrinking machine,H.T.H.P and N.T.dyeing machine from Tai wan,Japan YAMATO AND BROTHER binding machines,various sewing machines,computer knotting machines etc,and with advanced international standards CAD,measurement and matching color computer aided design systems etc.So far there are 17 top quality production lines,and the capacity of ready made garment is up to 10,000,000 pcs per year.The factory produces five main types goods including Babies' style ,Children's clothes,Adults' underwears,Sports wears and Casual clothes,and with 27 series hundreds of knitting clothes.All the garments are for export ,90% is for Japan Market,the balanced 10% is for the European countries and USA.And the sales income of the factory reaches about RMB 70,000,000 per year,with earning foreign exchange through export about USD5,000,000.
